These Days is a neighbourhood restaurant by way of Sydney.
We’ve got schooners, spritzes, and small plates in our arch on Druid St. The food is always seasonal and headed up by Chef Greg, who cut his teeth in London pubs then Sydney’s best Japanese restaurants.
The drinks are cocktail-led but we’ve got all the colours of the wine, including orange, of course. No infusions or tinctures here, we’re all about simple classics and twists done well.
We absolutely love hosting - events are our bread & miso-chimi butter.
